Uganda has the highest alcohol consumption per capita. People go blind because there are traces of methanol in home distilled moonshine.
Looks like some of our african neighbouring countries also struggle with addictions. For us it's khat and for them it's alcohol. I guess it's official! if your born into africa then the depression will make you choose between intoxicants to make you forget about your misery for a while.
abusing substance does not make u forget. It just adds on more problem. Turn to God if u have a problem.. My current addiction is xalwo. It all goes into the booty. I have adoon booty now. I am joining the gym so i can have white woman flat booty

That’s why people should go for marijuana instead of khat or alcohol.
I still function in public when I’m high af. I can talk to cashiers at grocery stores, do household chores, and workout when I’m stoned. Khat and other drugs like alcohol make you into a mindless zombie that can’t achieve anything.
