because i don't know if i do my workout now, even though it's quite late considering the fact that i have school tomorrow lmao! and i had a pretty tiring day and i haven't had a good sleep last night:noneck: but i don't want to be a weak man, so i gotta workout:gaasdrink:

I was tired to, but pushed through and got it in still :denzelnigga:

I did miss a day last week though:wow1:

-have a cold shower in place of caffeine
-workout fasted
-utilise amino pre-workouts
-vitamin b complex

Thats why i always get my workout in when i wake up and am refreshed. Keep at it boss. Slow and steady wins the race:)

@Sambuus I used to have this problem. Download My Fitness Pal and aim to hit your target calorie intake everyday. That would depend on your exercise level and your body. Protein and greens in every meal. Eat 5-6 times a day. Breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between. And fresh food try to make it yourself I know somali boys are allergic to the kitchen but you'll become make more aware and make more of an effort if you see what goes inside your body

I use my fitness pal : my calorie daily intake is 1970

30 % carbs. 30 fat and etc
