Im not a fan of fish but I do like Tuna and Salmon. Somalis need to eat more fish and become like the Japanese smart people, also no reason to starve when we're blessed.

Why is it that we don't eat much fish in Somalia?
I remember when I was staying in a hotel in Bosaso they would offer us either hilib or fish with our meals. After having both of them I thought the fish was tastier so why would the locals dislike it?

Yeah that's true there's a nice once in the Suuqa between the laami (HY side) and the police station.

Check this SAAB TV documentary on the fishing industry of Zeila Berbera Maydh & Las Qoray and they've got abit about the fish market in Burco which I recognised as one bought from them

Haven't had lobsters unfortunately.

I personally hate fish, but one can’t ignore the enormous cognitive and other health benefits that come with regularly consuming seafood. Somalis really need to start incorporating fish more into our cuisine.

lol im actually reading this while eating fish. this is my dish but you should eat fish three times a week to avoid mercury poisening.
