Lol the difference is that the Gulf Arabs only reserve citizenship for Ethnic Arabs.

The Somali gov't has been giving citizenship to non-Somalis, like bantus, cad-cads e.g living in the country.

The problem with the bantus in Somalia is that they on the most fertile lands in the south and live around the rivers. We need to remove them but they are Muslims so we have to find a way without using violence :hmm:
