Everything you hear about how to pick up women is a lie. They say be confident, be funny, dress nice, but in reality none of those things matter. Only looks get you women I knew this for quite some time, but most men don't. I told some of my buddies that it doesn't matter how you approach a women, its only how good looking you are to her. Every girlfriend I got, all I had to do was talk to her for 5 seconds and ask her number. There was no game, I didn't make jokes all I did was say a few words got her number then smashed. There is only one reason a girl won't like you, and that is you are not good looking enough for her.
