I dont see farmajo or kheyre stealing the money but i surmise they'll try to destablize puntland and others chasing a phantom centralized somalia. Thats not money given to the sfg, it aid money. US will still manage that money and their ngo's will execute the projects of feeding the hungry, and warn against FGM.

This is nothing new, US spent billions of aid on Somalia.

They do it to keep you under their control Somalia is too weak financially politically and socially to resist this kind of cheap trick there’s no such thing as free lunch in this world:mjpls:
