I will get sh1t for this. But I have developed a theory with black women including somali ones. Most prefer to be the better person in the relationship and prefer dating down so they dont get looked down at. Most havent come from strong families and dont know good healthy relationship. But worst of all most think they are special and can change a bad dude. I honrstly think white women are far better choosing partner. You hear black women talking about d size or not wanting boring guy. A white is thinking of legacy and securing her kids future

The stark truth: bums and losers are the mean for them. Most of their men, or a good majority of them, are bums and losers.
Any time that happens, dating losers and bums becomes normalized, bc there are very few good men in their community and that’s what they’re used to. Instead of dating freely, they’ve put up with the mediocrity of their dating pool.
That’s starting to happen to Somalis, frankly. If you only date the good ones and out, it’ll self correct, but they accept mediocrity and quickly divorce and end up raising kids alone, so we definitely mirror them on that and absent fathers (in Somalia it was high divorce rate too, but it wasn’t as dire not to have a father figure there as it is here)

What is a hood nigga though? Is it someone who is from the hood or someone he behaves like hood? i mean when I think of a hood nigga, I dont think of someone who has solid job and is responsible. So if a man is irresponsible and dont have job, offcourse he is gonna appreciate a woman who can support him and take care of him. it goes back to my point of wanting to be the better person in the relationship and not being judged or expected of certain level of behavior. A hood nigga can never judge her, while the guy she mentioned first will judge her and compare her to his other options and she feels she falls short compared to them
