It takes a psychopathic level of malevolence to willingly lie about a teacher about something like this with the hope of getting her publically smeared and fired but that's not necessarily the case here. All we know is the boy told his mother. Then his sister ran to twitter. You don't have to have a crazy amount of beef with a teacher at his age to tell your mother that she's this or that if you are having problems with her. These sorts of crazy witchhunts based off a lie tend to start small.
