Why do all young women claim to have PTSD and/or depression and/or anxiety these days?

Literally every part of that statement is false.

1) I'm not generalizing the experience to all women. I know plenty of really good women and have good dating experiences before and after the borderline.

2) I don't consider the person enigmatic at all. I actually feel that I understand them very well.

3) The only reason why I am entertaining this idiotic conversation with you is that I'm procrastinating. If anything I need less time.
You’re one those who shift their views differently to the opposite of how you’re characterizing them at any given time.

Suddenly you understand them when earlier you couldn’t.

Suddenly you realize your experience isn’t general, when earlier you were making BPD out to be rife/incredibly high.

Best of luck.

Okay. This is legitimately very funny. You are absolutely hilarious. How in the world did you manage to make it my fault that you routinely jump to false conclusions? That's an issue of interpretation, not communication.

You’re erratic.

Do a couple of years of dialectical behavioural therapy and I'll happily risk you destroying my life.
That was me proving men don’t heed warnings even if you had them. Such is life. You live, you learn (or don’t).

we are geeljire strong in the mind and heart. we don't do that white people shit :nahgirl:
I was joking.

It’s nothing to joke about.

This is like how @government was claiming Somalis don’t have allergies, and you’re saying we don’t suffer from disorders. Neither of that is true. We can consider ourselves lucky if we’re healthy. There’s a lot out there.

I don’t see what’s wrong with telling people to man up, it is vague but true advice. Taking ownership of your life is the only way to bring about true change. Also , greater change comes from self agency as opposed to being nursed by the external world. Then again not everyone can see this viewpoint despite my opinion that it’s the most correct one, I can see how seeking help at your lowest point is a viable catalyst for getting better. I think the distinction between fixed , more serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia and more dynamic illnesses like depression and anxiety must be made. It’s people that misdiagnose and wallow in their misery thinking they can’t change that I despise ,such weak people. There should also be the equivalent of man up for women.

Have you noticed that the entire concept of cowardice literally does not apply to women at all? When was the last time you ever heard somebody call a woman a coward? I don't mean in a cutesy way for being afraid of a bug or something. There are codes of conduct that are applied to men for good reason that women are totally exempt from even as they are raised to equal status which is why we have this society-wide trend towards celebrating when people externalize their issues.

I think Tyson Fury is a good case study for someone who externalised his mental health issues and overcame it through the power of self transformation. An anomaly at best but a good reference point for both sexes.

Externalize or internalize? I would argue that he internalized it as evidenced by the sheer effort required to get sober, lose 140 pounds, and hone his skills for a major showdown in front of millions. He overcame his troubles by directing his effort inward. Incredible story.

Will it does seem like everyone suffers from undiagnosed depression and anxiety trying to keep up with their neighbors who are in huge debt and their friends fake social media life that are living paycheck to paycheck, with the little resources they have.
