The germans has always been praised for their techonolgical prowess, they already had a good amount of educated and skilled working force and thus could collectivly work effective in any given system. This is some points that fascism holds

1. A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator.
2. A capitalist economy subject to stringent gorvernmental controls
3. Voilent suppression of the opposition
4. And typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism

So you see, facism is not bound by any ideology, but can actually be used in every ideology and therfore is not a coherent system in of itself.

So if you follow the teachings of fascism then you should submit to the current ruler in power, and let that ruler oppress you and use it's subject for whatever reason he may have. If he choses to divert from what you first deemed right, in this ideology the dictator is the ulitmate authority and should not be judged by what's moraly right or wrong.

I personally don't see the logic in following an oppressive system that is programmed to self destruct. You said Hitler's militaristic endeavours were the reasons facism in germany failed, but you failed to understand that going out and invade your enemies for personal gains is one of the core elements fascism holds. So either you are not well versed in this system or you only see value in the process and ignore the rest. But either way, both reasons fails to undertsand that any fundementally fascist systems are going against the natural order. And in this analysis i even exluded the obvious reasons a pure fascist country would never prevail, namely the geoplolitical relations.

Fascism was originally super nationalistic, it wasn't about racism.

Hitlerism took it and turned it into a race thing. Also, Hitlerism was super, super pagan.

Mussolini was atheist if I'm not mistaken.

Also, I'm not really sure how any non white people can directly use Nazism. Hitler was a white supremacist and this can be directly seen in Mein Kampf.

However, I'm not for Communism either. I just like its anti-Western stuff.
