She’ll take it off eventually. When I used to model they would constantly pressure us all the time on what to wear, how to look and who to hang out with. I don’t wear the hijab anyways but knowing what I know - I’ve always been curious how “hijabi models” are even able to have the careers they claim to have and still be able to be independent. My agency would talk to us like they knew us since we were kids or something. She probably has her agent whispering in her ear telling her shit.

Science doesn't say you become an adult once you get your period; that's just when you're able to reproduce. The concept of adulthood is a social construct and the requirements to be considered as an adult varies across societies. An adult is not just someone who has hit puberty; it's also someone who has mentally matured and can take care of themselves. Puberty is not an indicator of adulthood. A 10 year old who was hit puberty is no less of a child than a 10 year old who hasn't. No 10 year old can be considered as an adult.

That house was probably bought from the money she made from modelling and the mother is happy she isn't living in the projects of Cedar-Riverside. That said, the mother has a point. If she could juggle college and modelling, she should take advantage while she can get access the tutoring money can buy and has in the future something to fall back on. Iman had a degree when she started modelling and made many more millions utilising her education after her successful modelling career ended.

I got scouted by two agencies on the same day. I was at a concert when I was a teenager. One of them was models 1. The other I won’t name because it’s the agency I ended up going with.

People probably think I’m lying but I’m not. I know several people who got scouted when they were out and about and none of them took them up on it. I was surprised and didn’t believe it. I thought it was a scam until I searched up the woman’s name and it come up as legitimate. I even threw the cards they gave me out because I thought it was fake. Also I made a bit of money but I was only really doing it cus I was gassed that I got scouted. But the actual job is very lonely and boring. Not at all as glamorous as it’s made out to be and it’s very stressful. Though tbf I obviously didn’t make it big. So can’t say I got to experience everything. I did make quite a bit of money though until I just started bunking things and eventually withdrew officially.


Also I can’t reply to the message you sent me. But I don’t mind answering questions in this thread. I don’t really share my life online because family and friends could find it and they would know it was me.

I'm not suprised model world love the somali look that's why somalis have the highest amount of professional models in the Africa and thats considering most somali girls covered so obviously they'd accept them covered first before other ethnicities.
But I wish they'd leave it just like somali guys who rap or sing
