treat yourself with nice food(my favorite:ninja:) and go for a walk(forest walk is the best). Otherwise praying and taking deep breaths help, feeling sad sometimes is OK dont forget that.
 
How do I overcome this. I'm just not myself anymore. I can just find myself crying for nothing. It's not normal I want to feel like myself again but something is ruining it.
What's different in your life now? Have you lost someone. Whether they have passed away or you no longer speak to them? Do you feel lonely? Are you not happy where you are in life? Do you feel like no one understands you?

It's a mix of people not understanding me and loneliness.

They don't understand you because of what reasons? Are you reserved and not as talkative or open? Remember people aren't mind readers, they cant understand you if you don't at least let them in on whats going on with you. Never feel lonely, loneliness leads to depression and depression isnt good for your mental health.
