This Somali bank is obviously just stealing the image from the internet and editing their logo on it. It's a case of lazy advertisement, not self-hate. Nowhere in the world are Arabs a standard of beauty, much less Somalia.
Even then, what does having non-somalis on public advertisments say to our Somali women.

Sharia allows for profit as long as it agreed before hand by both parties.
For example: You wanted to buy a house for $400,000. So you agree with an Islamic bank to buy it and to sell it to you for $450,000 over a series of agreed installments.
Thus there is no fluctuating interest rate and the repayment schedule is also fixed.

Halal banks are more profitable than the ‘riba’ banks and now, most western banks want a slice of the pie. I never understood the logic of dodging interest in a modern world. Except of course in a modern world, we have to also respect Shariah Law. My co worker who is an atheist says his neighbors are a somali beautiful couple. Mind u, this atheist co worker lives in a very expensive neighborhood. He said the somali couple paid a certain fixed amount too to dodge interest. My thing is, fixed or installment, aint it the same thing? like u said, gymnastic.
PS I plan to live off the estate of the government myself. No mortgage. no interest.

The American private jails require customers like you because they pay the taxes that provides you with subsidised government housing. You supply them the boys and they will supply you cheap housing. That’s what I call mutual interests.
Most non Somali Muslims in North America buy homes with interest rates and were given the green light by the fiqh council of North America whom stated that buying and owning a home (on interest rates) is halal under the concept of dharoorah/necessity. If you are incapable of buying a house then, you’ve to listen to sheikh Dabcaseyr saying, it’s haram.
