My uncle took me to a Chinese Muslim restaurant. I didn’t even think about the fact they were uyghur. That was the only Chinese Muslim restaurant I have ever gone to
For any Americans that are interested in trying the food. it is located in the Orange County area near UC Irvine. I had a good meal there. I forgot the name of the place but it’s really rare to run into a Chinese Muslim restaurant. Show that restaurant should stick out when you google search it
