I was having a long conversation with a multi millionaire Somali guy from mn who owns his own company. He told me he wants to start a body building contest for somali ppl every year and top 5 win thousands of dollars lool. Wouldn’t that make a steroid epidemic tho ?

I mean he basically told he me wants somali guys to hit the gym hard and change the skinny stereotype. He says he plans on doing scholarships too tho

I am sure part of the legal papers will include no juicing or disqualification.

to change the streotype, it's easier to change our diet from young age.

feeding canjeero and shaah to small children should be stopped for one. more proteins, dairy, eggs, meat etc.. should become stable in somali households.

I agree and with big money on the line people will have incentive to hit the gym hard. He told me when it’s time to announce the winners he wants to make it very public so people will be inspired
