Not too difficult, interest rates are at all time lows atm. Main issue is a.) getting a deposit and b.) Then paying off the mortgage, which takes time
London housing market is off limits unless you are in a council house, then you are sitting on a £1,000,000 for pennies

Riba in this case is the interest that ba puts on you after taking a loan. So if there is no interest there is no riba committed, right? If the bank puts interest on other clients is irrelevant
Germany regulates their builders plus they have very strict rules on buiding houses which means that the houses are all top quality and use top quality materials.
This is unlike the uk where there are a lot of dodgy builders and cheap materials used.

Those houses are built purely for investment purposes.
Even the "affordable houses" are only built because the government said you need x amount ot units at this price rage for planning permission, so they cut corners everywhere.
You don't even need the affordable ones anymore as long you can cook the books to make it look like you ain't making money off the development due having to build affordable homes.
You can get given exceptions. The rich are something else.
So the Islamic bank found a way around Riba.

Riba is such huge sin, the only thing worse is shirq and/or murder.
It’s not riba? If the bank buys a house for you and sells it you at higher price, it’s perfectly fine. That’s how a store works.: buying food for less and sell it for more!

Giving out riba is a huge sin, taking riba is a small sin. How can it be a huge sin when your the victim.
I don’t know about apartments but our house costed about 300.000 with 6 Bedrooms in a small town but close to a big city.

Did the prophet say anything about those who don’t only eat, but cheat about getting more ceeydha which is all the proceeds of riba. Nothing different than those Islamic banks by changing the name of riba. Ceeydha is taxable income from all walks of lives and businesses that survive on loans (riba).
