Omar Samatar is gradually declining. Between the years 2004-10 at least four to five students out of the top ten used to be from Omar Samatar.

Omar samatar and gambool(My school) used to be the highest ranking schools in performance nearly a decade, but from 2014 on they started gradually to decline from top two to the 5/6th position due to the mismanagement and laxity by the two school administrations

Bosaso deserves much much more in terms of infrastructure, Garowe takes the lionshare with roads/dams/facilities you name it. While Bosaso roads are full of potholes. We own property right behind the market place in Bosaso can't wait to visit.

Only Puntland has a unified curriculum. Puntland and the rest of the country don't have the same curriculum, so you can't compare them. Even the schools in Xamar don't have a unified curriculum that's why you don't see them publishing exam results. They only publish the results per neighbourhood
