True even the ones from other cities tended to live in Hargeisa or Mogadishu before the war.

I was in Dubai when I met a grandma who just randomly grabbed me. Turns out she was isaaq from Mogadishu who was my mum's neighbour from before the war.She and my mum spoke and sent each other photos over the years but hadn't seen each other in 5 years, I had to fly my mum over for this moment.

Apart from of course, the family members that were brought over from the villages by their families abroad. There was a lot of passport fraud done to bring people over.
