First of all, admit religion is a blind faith where you have to accept everything in it even if certain issues didnt make sense to you and is incompatible with how you view things in this age. Secondly, ask yourself who did you inherit Islam from? An ancestor who was an illiterate who couldn’t read and write and didn’t have the mental capabilities and the education you posses today.
Thirdly, if you were born to a Sikh, hindu, Buddhist. Christian or any other non-Muslim family, you would probably be worshipping their gods and practicing their religions while you arguing it is “the only truth”. In a nutshell, religion is intertwined with culture. Now, ask yourself, why are Arab issues always considered as Islamic issues? Is it due to Cultural mental slavery via religion? One thing is very clear, if you run the religion and it’s holly places, you’ve immense power of those who don’t. See the relationship between the poor African countries and the Vatican.

Sometimes I wonder if all these religious leaders are all that pure many are Machiavellian figures hiding behind the mask of religion. Some of these men have moved empires on their own constructed ideologies.

Religion is an ideology that encompasses in the social, economic, political and behavioural realms. It tells us who we can befriend or which foot to enter the house. Otherwise, we will anger God. He has lots of anger issues. This ideology needs scholars who are persuasive to interpret and create maximum fear into the hearts of its followers. It never applies to them because A) it gives them power, B) they know it’s hoax.

You're the first Muslim I've seen so far apart from Dr. Yasir Qadhi who was willing to admit that. There was someone on this forum who said they believe out of blind faith but didn't say anything about there being no proof for Islam.
What makes you a Muslim if you don't think there's any more proof to Islam than believing in any other religion? Why does Allah reward those who believe in things without evidence? Why is gullibility a virtue? Do you think it might just be something someone made up to get more followers to his religion?
