Why are you lying? I've been to Somaliland numerous times and I've yet to hear about a rapist marrying his victim. The fake law you're on about has no basis in the Xeer system or the Shareeah: the pillars of the Somali justice system.

If you'd said rapists pay compensation, I would have had no problem with your post because that actually happens a lot.

Thats what I Said the rapists pay the family a certain amount Besides people were forced to marry their rapist back in the day yet it was frowned upon thats why elders came in the picture and forced the rapist to pay compensation its not exactly any better
