Your people can't come out and clean their own streets, there is no DO IT YOURSELF happening in somaliland, it's the least productive among all somalis. There is no doubt about it!!! It's not a Somali problem it's a Somaliland problem. 90% of males in Somaliland eat khat, it's your biggest economic trade and 20% of your government budget. Somaliland needs Khat Anonymous and a countrywide program to fix this problem cause it's a epidemic now like the Opioid here in the states.
