Teachers across the states are making like 30-40k a year in some places. A lot of the low income neighrborhoods(heavily populated with blacks) have really poor school districts, that just teach the basics meanwhile rich school district I attended built a separate career academy where students can take stem,law,and health related courses.

For African Americans it could cause a decrease in work competition

It can also cause an increase in money being spent that can help the school system in communities.

All I'm saying is republicans want to help Americans first before they help immigrants.
