They have Somalis there actually. My cousin works for Nintendo and his wife + kids like it there. Japanese are cool but they will always see you as a foreigner which is understandable.

Other Africans came through merit based immigration, it's called a brain drain. Look it up.

Africans that came through similar means as us (the migrants in Italy and Southern Europe) are currently going on a crime spree. So clearly they are not above that sort of thing.
