It was reported that part of the deal allows Somalilanders to have more "friendlier" measures when trying to live in UAE , start a business there etc.

It doesn't matter these somalilanders are from the poorest regions in the country. Even Mogadishu is doing better than you, and it has terrorist issues. You will turn into the next yemeni somalis.
