Firstly they won't and can't cut off funds for the FGS securing it's border, unless an idiot like trump is in charge of the institution of the world bank. Second debt relief is all but secured even tho farmaajo defied their command to spare gedo of SNA support.

The IC just want to stall development in the country and are upset that their plans are being frustrated by a competent admin. Bear in mind if this admin does not control jubaland and the south significantly by the next election then they will be criticised by many including myself.
