Sool and sanag figures will change after the Somaliland khaatumo talks Inshallah

Khaatumo doesn't have any military control over anywhere in Somalia, so not much will change. The sub clans of Dhulbahante who control their own regions mostly reject it so Southern/Eastern Sool, Cayn and Sanaag(they only supported Khaatumo when it comes to fighting or Dhulbahante unity). What is sad is that not even the Eastern Isaaq are benefiting from this Somaliland project. There is not a single port in Sanaag, paved roads, or even an airport. So what do they benefit from it?
