I wonder why Puntland lacks some sort of prestigious award system for locals to aspire to and be rewarded with recognition. We need a Doonbiro Direed Award as the highest achievement award a female can aspire too. We need a Jabarti award system on religious, business, secular, military excellence awards for locals.
This award system must be held yearly and the best, brightest, and most patriotic puntites all must attend an annual state ceremony. This will allow for our good people to not feel disheartened by doing lots of good with no recognition yet all recognition is given to dead weights who contribute nothing in social media.
I mean we could create a range of awards like Boqor Osman and Darawish orders for military excellence across all productive, cultural, educational facilities for both men and women
