Prime minister needs to be an experienced respected knowledgeable man… someone that can’t be pushed around as his door is the most targeted door in all of the government..

If Deni becomes the new PM under Hassan Sheikh then isn't this undeniably proof that Deni wants to add Puntland under the authority of the FGS?
Even if Deni doesn't become PM and remains PL state president, it would not surprise me that he allows Mogadishu to control Puntland in exchange for HSM helping Deni remain state president in 2024. Deni rightly supports a powerful federal government I suspect because federalism means a strong central government

HSM said protecting federalism is high on his priority list. If HSM wants to protect federalism then he himself won't try to directly control any federal state.

we cannot forget also in Jubaland that our main aim is to make sure villa somalia doe snot sway away from Federalism (ideally confederacy one day insha Allah) we must have hardliner feudalist so villa Somalia doe snot bring in through the back door centralism
dastuur must be finalised, state rights and federal gov rights must be made very very clear so we know what rights and responsibly each group has
now we have had a muddled federalism rights since we become a federal republic,
rights of the states must be split out very very clearly so we avoid a potential dictator running the country
