So three states for Daarood, 3 states for Hawiye. Only one state for the 10 million D&M of Somalia. How is that fair. D&M baa loo Dan leeyahay.

That will lead to the creation of a new D&M state consisting of Middle Jubba and Lower Shabeele which will have a Digil president and Koonfur galbeed which will consist of Baay and Bakool. This will even things out by giving D&M two states.
