Mathey Malagow is making the point that HSM is not sincere about this fight against shabaab. Reason being he started all the way in Galmudug, when Al Shabaab is at his doorstep in Afgooye which is 50km from Xamar. This is a very valid point. Why waste energy fighting all the way in Galmudug when shabaab is at your doorstep.
Seems like the president has his priorities messed up. The fight against shabaab should have began from koonfur Galbeed and slowly shifted to other regions like Hirshabeele and Jubbaland and finally to Galmudug
