I’m a complete noob to gymcelling and only started like 4 months ago. For some reason nowadays my performance is way worse when I should be making progress as usual.
I’ll be completely exhausted after a workout only to feel fine the next day it’s like I’m not using my full strength. This also happened when I went on a run last week literally no energy to run whatsoever
Has anybody else experienced this? Is this something that’ll just pass with time
I’m confident it’s mental because I’m feeling all around low T and low energy nowadays, I’m guessing my constant ongoing masturbation problem has finally come to take it’s toll or something
