Hello friends! i wanna change..

For the past fews years all i did was sit at work and game at home and maybe play football like once in 2 months.. i have gotten so fat and i need help in losing weight. Lucky for me my work has a gym i can use anytime afterwork. whats the best realistic way to do this? im currenty 27 and spending like 700$ on garbage food.. cant remember the last time i cooked. Right now i think im around 115kg and looking to lose as much as possible until august 15.. would appreciate any strict gym and diet plans. Thank you! NSFW pic for referance

Get annual physical, blood work , etc . Make sure you don’t have diabetes or high cholesterol. If everything is good be thankful and start dieting. Do something reasonable like cutting out soda and dessert and build from there
