For the past fews years all i did was sit at work and game at home and maybe play football like once in 2 months.. i have gotten so fat and i need help in losing weight. Lucky for me my work has a gym i can use anytime afterwork. whats the best realistic way to do this? im currenty 27 and spending like 700$ on garbage food.. cant remember the last time i cooked.
