Guys ! Come in ! Wanted to know something that just got introduced back home

now that we got an ATM machine in downtown Hargeysa that accepts Visa card can we not just withdraw our money from it instead of calling back home to ask a family member to send you cash through Dahabshiil.

I wonder if the fee charges are greater than Dahabshiil service charges ?

I don't now shit about credit and cash exchange rates but I would assume the difference is negligible
