You can literally be lockup for any reason and it will be impossible to get out of jail.
I am obviously not referencing those that can afford to pay themselves out.
But for the majority and specially if there locked up by these anti Al Shabaab special force prisons that come under no Somali authority good luck.
For those locked up in State prisons most gobols have a single judge over seeing Thousands of cases a year. Do the math when your case will reach such a judge even if your locked up for simply protesting. I have seen such cases both in Mogadishu and Puntland.
