PL has been thrown into a turmoil today.
  • Gaas fleeing Garowe
  • His milita starting a mutiny against him
  • The rest of his milita occupying the Parliament to stop a no-confidence vote against him
  • Grenade attacks in Bossaso
  • Protests after elder was arrested for defending the AS soldiers sentenced to death and now this.
All this within 24 hours. Wallahi hope the situation figures itself out. Gaas should step down if the Parliament chooses so. The system is to be above any single man

It's somewhat the same tweet as you posted in the other thread and I addressed it :ayaanswag:

Let me clear one misonception. Gaas didn't 'flee'. Perhaps you guys don't know that there is a presidential state house in Bosaso, just like there is one in Garowe.

Nothing wrong with visiting that state house to prepare for the upcoming reshuffle.

"Visiting" :deadosama:

So it's just a coincidence that Gaas is visiting Bosaso at the time that Garowe in turning against him?:icon lol:

He leaves peaceful Garowe to Bosaso that is experiencing grenade attacks left and right, assassinations, protests due to an elder arrested and now also clan militas fighting eachother:damedamn:

No need to try to hide anything. Just leave a normal comment and wait for further reports like a normal person.

He is in Bosaso for the last 4/5 days. Garowe 'turned on him' today with the incident at the parliament. Why didn't they do it when he was there a week earlier? Why turn on someone who is absent?

According to GaroweOnline he was told to flee because the Parliamentarians and the public were increasingly opposing him. Guess they were correct as the Parliament tried to depose him.

How ironic that Bosaso erupts into tensions just as he tried to escape them on Garowe.

You're trying to have your cake and eat it too.

It is either:
1: The parliament and the public are against him and they turned on him while he wasn't even present for the past 5 days. While they didn't do shit when he was amongst them a week ago.
2:He sent the soldiers to interrupt the MPs that want to depose him, which suggests he still has full control over the army.

Pick one, you can't have both ways

I will disregard your last comment. I am not interested in speculations.

I don't deal in speculations. I am not you :icon lol:

Parliament wanted to depose him. He was facing heavy opposition so he left Garowe. He went to Bosaso but shit hit the fan.
PL military hasn't been paid for over 7 months so they staged a mutiny and took over the Parliament. Right after Gaas left and right before the Parliament was going to depose him.

Gaas should step down tbh.

If the army occupied the parliamentarians that wanted to depose him, the army came to his rescue because they stopped the 'deposing'. Are you that political dense?

The fighting in Bosaso was apparently two-parted. Those that support Gaas and those that support the arrested elder Harrago.

Alot of iffy details due 2 alot of happenings. Hopefully the smoke will be cleared tomorrow.

Dashishle. One of the 7 alshabab sentenced terrorists was dashishle, so he claimed they were tortured. Few youngsters of his qabil went to the police station and tried shit. They were quickly dispersed.

:chrisfreshhah: This claims somalinimo yet hates puntland :birdman:

Somalia ha burburto:mjpls:

I have family in Puntland, I think it can do well and help lead the nation.

But I need you to confront your bullshit the same every other Somali has :bell:

Also I suspect that Puntland booty-clappers are low-key seperatist but don't have the balls to ask for independence :birdman:
