Not if they don't stop funding Somalis. If Somalis started getting funded from socially progressive people we'd be in much better shape. Higher literacy rates, better economic situation, more job opportunities especially for women and youth. Because Somalis receive money from wahhabis they spread this rhetoric about why you should wear hijab, memorizing the Quran, how bad the gaalo is (even though we see how big the tahriib problem is). There is no focus on fixing the abysmal economical situation and shitty infrastructure. Even Afweyne didnt even use soviet aid to build infrastructure. The skilled Somalis have to go back.
