At the end of the day we would all just be fighting each other with more powerful weapons!
The UN should not lift it until clans can reconciliate, and the establishment of a non corrupt/ diverse federal army before it is lifted .
The federal gov is too fragile to receive lots of heavy weaponry ,period!
